01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 33r ("33r," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 33r.lat and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 33r Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or betting market, or using any service offered by 33r, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

33r reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 33r will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or on-platform notification.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the 33r Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities.
• You are registering as an individual natural person for personal recreational use only — corporate accounts, agents, and commercial operators are not permitted.
• You are not currently self-excluded from the 33r Platform or any affiliated platform under a responsible gaming arrangement.
• You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of 33r or any of its affiliated gaming software or services providers.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming services is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

Age Verification Procedures

33r employs mandatory age verification as part of the account registration process. Upon registration, all players must provide accurate date of birth information. 33r reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point — including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — and to suspend account access pending satisfactory verification. Players who fail age verification will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds returned to their verified payment method, less any bonus credits received.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account on the 33r Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances above the original deposited principal.

Registration Requirements

When creating your 33r account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly should it change at any point during your account's lifetime.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33r login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 33r will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify 33r immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 33r will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

33r strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available from within the Account Settings panel. Players in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad and all other cities in Pakistan are equally covered by these security provisions.

04 Deposits & Accepted Payment Methods

33r accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 33r account balance within seconds of a successful mobile wallet transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution. 33r does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposit Conditions

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the Platform's banking section and are subject to change.
• 33r reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal where the depositing payment method cannot be verified.
• All deposits must represent funds that the player can reasonably afford to lose. Depositing funds that are necessary for essential living expenses is strongly discouraged.

05 Withdrawals

33r is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing timelines.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts held in the same name as the registered 33r account.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. This includes age verification and identity confirmation.
• 33r reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds in accordance with its anti-money laundering ("AML") and know-your-customer ("KYC") obligations.
• Bonus credits are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full, as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• In the event that a withdrawal is requested via a payment method different from the deposit method, 33r may require a return of the deposit to the original method before processing the remainder to the alternate method.

33r reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 33r will notify the player and may request additional documentation.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

33r offers various promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly displayed at the time the offer is presented.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed full account verification.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each offer. Bonus credits and associated winnings that are not wagered within this period will be forfeited.
• 33r reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a promotional offer — including through multi-accounting, bonus hunting, or arbitrage strategies — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus credits are not transferable and have no monetary value outside the 33r Platform.

Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not automatically receive notification of new promotional offers. Please check the Promotions section of the Platform regularly for current offers.

07 Sports Betting & Cricket Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and cricket betting activities on the 33r Platform, including PSL markets, international cricket fixtures, and all other sporting events listed on 33r.

General Betting Rules

• All bets placed on 33r are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or transferred once accepted by the Platform.
• 33r reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or based on information that was not publicly available at the time of placement.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, 33r's specific settlement rules for the affected market will apply as detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and are specified within each market's terms at the time of bet placement.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or settled differently from pre-match markets at 33r's discretion.
• All cricket betting, including PSL, Test, ODI, and T20 international markets, is subject to 33r's Cricket Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

08 Casino Games & Game Integrity

All casino games available on the 33r Platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and instant games such as Monster Dice — are operated by certified gaming software providers and use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs).

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and available within the Platform. These figures represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee any individual result.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, 33r's technical logs will be used to determine the correct outcome. Where a clear outcome cannot be determined, the relevant game round will be voided and the stake returned to the player.
• Players acknowledge that all game outcomes on 33r are determined by certified RNG technology and that 33r does not manipulate or modify game outcomes.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel results) as captured by 33r's live studio camera systems and are final.

09 Responsible Gaming

33r is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered 33r players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within Account Settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a defined period of play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 33r Platform at any time by contacting support via live chat. 33r will process self-exclusion requests within 24 hours and will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amount wagered during the current session.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33r Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on 33r.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from doing so in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes through any technical exploit, software tool, bot, or any form of artificial advantage.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your 33r account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates applicable AML legislation.
• Exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including through bonus abuse or matched betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Attempting to access, copy, or distribute any part of 33r's software, content, or infrastructure without authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward any 33r employee, support agent, or live dealer.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33r Platform — including but not limited to the 33r brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 33r or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33r Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without 33r's prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33r's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33r shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 33r's reasonable control, including internet outages, network failures, or third-party service provider issues.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your disclosure of login credentials to third parties or failure to maintain account security.
• The content or conduct of any third-party gaming software provider, payment service provider, or data feed operator integrated with the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 33r's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

33r collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 33r.lat/privacy-policy.

By registering on the 33r Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

33r implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction. 33r does not sell personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

33r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A request from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in 33r's dormant account policy.

You may close your 33r account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

15 Amendments to These Terms

33r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 33r will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered players and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the 33r Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the return of any available account balance.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 33r holds its gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to 33r's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of referral to customer support, it may be referred to the dispute resolution services made available by 33r's licensing authority. 33r will cooperate fully with any such process.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
